Hi, my name is Ken Chow. I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in South Africa where I have spent the majority of my life. I took an interest in architecture when introduced to the work of modern architects during high school art class.

My academic pursuit into the architectural field began with my undergrad studies at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, graduating in 2011. My work experience include working for Gregory Katz Architecture and Jason Berchowitz Architects. The work done ranged from small to large scale residential projects, schools, warehouses and renovations. I began my masters studies at the Graduate School of Architecture at the University of Johannesburg and graduated in 2018.

After graduating from masters, I moved to Hong Kong to gain international experience. I worked at LWK+Partners, an architectural firm with 400+ staff. Working at a larger firm helped me gain experience with much larger scale projects and it's demanding pace. The work was mostly commercial retail projects.

I am still in the beginnings of my architectural career and I am looking forward to working in all aspect of architecture. I am still curious about different design methods and have much more experience to gain.
